This luxurious sleigh bed is handdressed and signed by Kelly Curtis. The bed itself is made by Bespaq, and has arched arms, ball and claw feet, and intricate carvings.  It has been gold leafed and aged by hand, giving it a very elegant finish! The bed is dressed in a gorgeous blue/grey silk with a gold embroidered pattern across it, giving it a very French look! Two mustard gold bolster pillows with blue/grey woven centers, gold trimmed edges, and braided swirled ends are toped off with teeny tassels! There are tons of coordinating throw pillows made from gold embroidered blue/grey silk, two-toned gold tufted silk, flur print, paisley print, and even a French province toile print depicting a girl and boy by the river! The attention to detail is amazing as each pillow is trimmed in multiple layers of edging including braids, picot trim, bunka, cording, beading, satin ribbon, and even teeny fringe. The edge of the bed is also decked out in two layers of beautiful shimmery blue/grey woven trim and a gold woven ribbon trim. Three lush silk throws drape over the beds arm and puddle to the floor to complete the luxe French look of this bed. Overall a stunning piece (the pictures do not do it justice!) — it would be an asset to any collection!!
