This luxurious sleigh bed is handdressed and signed by Kelly Curtis. The bed itself is made by Bespaq, with arched arms, ball and claw feet, and intricate carvings accented.  It has been crackled and antiqued in shades of stone and taupe, and antiqued and aged around the edges and in the crevices. The whole bed has a very lovely “Old World” look to it.  The bed is dressed in the most luxurious aquamarine and pale peach stripe that has an amazing sheen! There are two pale peach striped silk bolster pillows, with braided swirl ends, and teeny tassels, and tons of coordinating throw pillows made from striped aquamarine silk, round peach tufted silk, woven prints, quilted tapestries, and an antiqued netting. The attention to detail is amazing as each pillow is trimmed in multiple layers of edging including braids, picot trim, bunka, cording, and even teeny fringe! The edge of the bed is decked out in two layers of beautiful cream trimmings highlighted in antique gold.  Finally an amazing woven netting with strands of gold embroidered into it drapes over an aquamarine silk throw and puddles to the floor to complete the luxurious look of this bed. Overall a very chic piece — would be an asset to any collection!!
